The company SEVERNI VODI Ltd. was found in 2001 in Burgas. The shareholders included physical persons and municipalities. The company incorporators united together to meet thechallenge of building up a company team of a new type, that has the powers to solve complex problems and realize different projects in the water sector. The company operated for two years as an operator of the W&S networks of the Northern Burgas District, providing utility services to more than 300 000 people. After the change of the state policy in 2004 only state owned companies were given the right to operate water and sewerage networks in the state. SEVERNI VODI Ltd. continued its business operations and reorganized its project development, asset management and civil construction departments to answer the new market demands. Throughout the years the company has a constant groath and has become a highly specialized provider of construction cervices in the water sector.
